1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds are applicable only if course content has not been fully downloaded or accessed.
• Refunds do not apply if the customer has consumed a significant portion of the course.

2. Refund Process

1. Send a refund request to learing.hcademy@gmail.com within 30 days.
2. Provide your payment ID and course name.
3. Our team will verify the eligibility and initiate the refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for:

• Courses fully accessed or downloaded.
• Promotional offers or bundles purchased at a discounted rate if conditions are met.
• Any third-party services or integrations.
